(NO COOK) ZUCCHINI, PINEAPPLE & NECTARINE

Ingredients:
1 nectarine
Handful frozen pinneapple
1 yellow zucchini
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions:
Blend ingredients together and serve

Notes:
This recipe is fully raw, and is suitable for children of the weaning stages and beyond. It’s also a great adult smoothie!
