Nectarine, Cherries and Papaya Smoothie

While the Hemp Hearts are optional, they are a great source of Omega-3 and Omega-6, making them a great addition to any smoothie/puree. We hope you enjoy this sweet combo!

Ingredients:
1/2 of a papaya
1 1/2 cup frozen cherries
2 nectarines
2 tablespoons Hemp Hearts

Instructions:
1. Blend ingredients together and serve
