The photos do not do this justice. The colour is so pretty, that I couldn’t stop staring at it! Gotta love a combo that is appealing to both the eyes and the taste buds!
Now I prepared this one with frozen fruits. You are absolutely free to use fresh. I used frozen because it’s what we had on hand (lasts longer in the freezer for a family of 6!), and also because it comes out a lot thicker which means a great frozen treat.
Also please note that this smoothie/purée combo is for the whole family!
2 cups mango chunks
1 cup raspberries
1 cup water
1. Blend and serve
*I froze the remaining portions in my Kiddo Feedo Freezer tray. Not only are they great for freezing food, but you can bake with them in the oven (460°F)! See close up shots below. I added chopped mango chunks to add colour to the dish. Be mindful of cutting them up really small to avoid choking hazards for young little ones.
