Sweet Potato & Quinoa (Approximately 6m+)

INGREDIENTS:
1 sweet potato
1 cup of cooked quinoa

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven at 380 degrees
2. Wash sweet potato thoroughly
3. Cut potato in half
4. Place potato halves face down on baking tray and parchment paper
5. Use a knife to puncture a few holes in each half
6. Place in oven and cook for 40 mins, or until you can pierce through it with a fork
7. Remove and set aside
8. For the quinoa, follow the directions on package
(I replaced water with vegetable stock)
9. Add sweet potato to bowl
10. Hand mash sweet potato with a fork
11. Add one cup of cooked quinoa
12. Gently mix them together with a spoon
13. Serve!

Add the remaining portions to your Kiddo Feedo silicone tray to save for another day! Baby can eat this with her/his hands, or with a utensil.
