Avocado, Banana, Dates & Baby Spinach

This combo makes for a great smoothie for adults as well.

Ingredients:
2 bananas
Handful baby spinach
5 pitted dates
1 avocado
Almond Milk

Directions:
Place the dates in a bowl of cold water, and leave overnight.
Drain the water from the dates
Place the dates, avocado meat, baby spinach and peeled bananas into the blender
Add almond milk for desired consistency
Blend and serve
I garnished with grated cucumber
