Avocado, Dates & Banana

3 bananas
5 dates
1 avocado

1. Place dates in a small bowl, fill with water, and refrigerate overnight
2. The following morning, add dates to a blender
3. add your bananas and avocado
4. Using the leftover liquid from the soaked dates to thin the consistency, blend your ingredients
5. Serve or freeze immediately.
