Baked Vegan Potato Wedges Baby food ideas

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons EEVOO (just a drizzle)
1 tablespoon chopped Thyme
5 pounds of potatoes
2 tablespoons Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Black pepper (optional)
Salt (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat oven at 450F 230C
Scrub potatoes and cut into eighths
Place in a large bowl
Add all other ingredients, and mix well
Bake on a flat tray for 15 minutes
Flip the potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes, or until cooked all the way through
