I like to make our smoothies green whenever possible. The more greens we can add to it is the better!
Keep in mind that this recipe is for the whole family. Great for the early weaning stage, and suitable for toddlers and adults also. You can add water or breastmilk to thin it out, or leave it nice and thick. It’s really up to you! I hope your little ones enjoy this combo. The greens all taste great in their own right, but adding banana just changes the flavour in a way that no other fruit can. I really could easily add banana to every smoothie if I could, but it’s definitely great to also change things up.
1 handful baby spinach
1 handful chopped kale
1tbs hemp seeds
1tbs ground flax
Blend all ingredients together and serve
