Want to get your vitamin C, Vitamin K and fibre all at once? Collard greens have all those and more. ❤ I suppose I should add a little disclaimer. My blender is HORRIBLE, and the consistency would be a lot CREAMIER if I had a better one. I will update the images once that happens. Until then, behold my yummy healthy super duper chunkyyyy smoothie.
3 over ripe bananas
1/2 long cucumber(chopped)
3 leaves of collard greens
1. Wash, remove stem and chop collard greens
2. Place all ingredients in blender
3. Blend together and serve
