6 fresh strawberries
3 dried or fresh figs
2 tablespoons cacao powder (not cocoa) 3 mint leaves
1 cup of almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
1 handful spinach
1 ripe banana
1. Blend ingredients together and serve
If you plan on using dried figs, you may want to soak them in cold water overnight prior to making this recipe, so that they can hydrate/loosen up a bit for easy blending.
