Parsnip & Sweet Potato

1 Sweet potato
2 parsnips
1 Tablespoon white sesame seeds
Oil of choice

1. Preheat oven to 450°F
2. Wash potato and parsnips
3. Cut potato and parsnip in 4-6 lengthwise (see photos)
4. Drizzle with oil of choice
5. Bake for 30 minutes
6. Flip each piece over
7. Continue to bake until you can pierce through
8. Remove and let food cool down
9. Remove skin by hand
10. Add ingredients to blender, along with sesame seeds
11. Blend food, adding water or Mommy’s milk to thin consistency if needed
12. Serve
13. Pour the remaining portions into your @kiddofeedo Freezer Tray, secure lid and freeze until solid
14. Defrost portions as needed
