Quick & Easy Zucchini Soup

3 large zucchinis chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 cup vegetable stock
Dash of salt (optional)
1/2 onion chopped

1. In a pot, bring vegetable stock to a boil
2. Add all ingredients, turn stove to medium setting, and let simmer for 5 minutes
3. Blend all ingredients together until smoothe
4. Serve
5. Pour the remaining portions into your Kiddo Feedo Freezer Tray, secure lid and freeze until solid
6. Defrost portions as needed
