This has to be one of my new favourite combos. I decided to use the food processor rather than the blender, because thick and chunky was the aim. I don’t have exact measurements for this one, as I prefer to leave it open for your desired consistency. If you’re making this for an early weaner without teeth, soak the dates for a few hours in cold water and use the blender to get a thinner consistency, to avoid any choking hazards.
Handful frozen pineapple
Coconut water (for desired consistency)
Blend ingredients together and serve
Ground flax seeds
Roasted coconut flakes
